A:AnswerI seem to recall the ANC switch had 2 or 3 levels when you switch it on. Have you tried turning it on with a full charge when no music is playing?
It worked great for background/low noises around home with the unit I trialed, but for voices/conversation only reduced somewhat. That can be a plus though.
