QuestionNew HDR135 problem is all i get is static plugged into tv audio jacks power on for a day to charge batterys tried to change switch on base no difference adjusted the tune switch no difference can you offer anything

- Answer If I understand your question,the transmitter for these headphones is powered by AC. I have both the TV and transmitter plugged into a surge protector. All the cables and adapters needed to connect the transmitter to the TV are provided with the unit.

QuestionI've bought two complete sets - one new and one used. Before long In both sets I can only hear sound from the channel which uses the black lead. The red lead is dead. Is this problem most likely in the headphone set or the charger base? Thank you.

- Answer We have an LG smart TV that doesn't have audio output Jack's. So,we can't hook up our headphones. Why they make such an expensive TV with no audio output is kind of unbelievable. We do have a tivoli that does have audio output so anything coming thru it we can use headset. Unfortunately,that excludes all over the air broadcast channels.

QuestionI need to be able to adjust volume in each ear separately due to partial hearing loss in one ear. Example, right ear normal sound, left ear I would need to crank it. Does this have that ability ? If it doesn't, do you have any that do what I need

- Answer Yes you can charge the batteries on the head phone base. Lasting about 3 years. Then replaced with 2 AA rechargeable battery

- Answer As seen in the picture, these headphones cover the ears. The headphones don’t go above or behind but, like an overcoat, they fit over the ears.
