The base unit takes 110v power. The headphones have rechargeable batteries that e are recharges when placed on them. They have a 3.5mm headphone connection. I supposed they would work well for a conference but only for listening not for talking back you would need a separate microphone. I have put this in for many clients who have a difficult time hear and they love them. Marie it so they can easily listen to TV
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The system is plug in, with various adapters for different locations. It can be connected via digital input or a 3.5mm audio input. These block the noise rather well for not having no active noise canceling feature, so if the person is at a meeting it may not be the best idea, but to listen to a meeting over a call these would work fantastic, if you use the voice enhancement feature the person that is hard of hearing will be able to hear the call clearly.
