• Hi there! Thank you for reaching out, that is an excellent question. Our mattress works on platform beds, box springs, slatted bed frames (as long as the slats are no more than 5" apart), and adjustable bases. If you prefer to use a box spring for additional height or support that's perfectly fine, but one is not needed. We hope this was helpful, but let us know if we can assist moving forward!
