Does this chair recline or swivel is it leather null

The chair tilts back and you can adjust the tension on the tilt. It does not stay reclined like a recliner would, but comes back up when you sit up. Also you can lock it in upright position. It swivels smoothly. So about the finish... it does not smell strongly like leather, but is supple like a softer leather... here is why; it is a leather composite: "Bonded leather, also called reconstituted leather or blended leather, is a term used for a manufactured upholstery material which contains animal hide.
