• Best Buy’s sales rep was great in assisting me. I made my purchase at the customer service desk with a new lifetime Microsoft Office. The Geek Squad immediately transferred everything (all of my photos, files and email with my contact list) from my old Toshiba laptop to my new HP touch-screen laptop! Then, the Geek Squad came to my home to install the hardware (printers, larger monitors and tower hub) which does not transfer. Ask the Geek Squad if you have any questions.

• Best Buy was able to transfer information from my old PC to the new PC with no problem. There is a fee for data transfer.
