In theory, yes you can have multiple tvs on it. The only issue you may run into is most manufacturers use the same IR codes for remotes so it may change more than one of the tvs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That would be a challenge for any universal infra red remote. Its not the remote that needs to support this, but your TVs and Direct TV receivers. Normally devices from the same brand / product family use the same infra red remote codes. So for example if you send 'power on' from a remote, any TV that uses that code and 'sees' it will follow the command. Same for changing channels on the receiver and any other codes. Some high end equipment has serial (hardwired) control connections. You can use this with a hub to achieve what you want, but this is getting in to custom installer territory, not very common in a domestic install.
