If the air quality percentage on your air purifier drops to 0 and stays there, it may be due to environmental factors. Activities like smoking, burning candles, running a humidifier, opening windows, and cooking can add pollutants to your air. Make sure to check your surroundings and remove anything that could be causing low air quality. If the issue persists, please call our Customer Service team at 1-855-427-5127.
