Well myself, then Shark support and finally Alexa support can't get it to happen? Options and buttons to push named engage don't exist at least up until now. Very frustrating because our 1st Shark did then when we bought our replacement didn't so we promptly sent that one back. I'm positive this model did but Alexa continues to say can't connect to Shark right now, try again later?
