Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not that I know of. But you can look underneath the machine and you Can open the bottom you will see where you can open where a panel where the dirt goes and Empty that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try removing the roller/brush all together. You can flip it upside-down then detach the roller as if to replace it. Then clean the whole compartment see what happens. Aside from just cleaning the roller and removing anything unwanted, see if it works.
