“I have 2 Shark hand vacs #SV780 .I love them but one finally wore out. I purchased another one at Best Buy this week.The tools would not stay in, so I returned it for an even exchange thinking it was defective. How can I get the to tools to stay in?”

• I had the same problem. A piece of thin double sided tape on the bottom inside edge of the vacuum makes it tight enough to hold the attachments in the vacuum.

• I've had the same issue myself. I just put the tool in firmly and it seems to help a bit.
