I have 2 Shark hand vacs #SV780 .I love them but one finally wore out. I purchased another one at Best Buy this week.The tools would not stay in, so I returned it for an even exchange thinking it was defective. How can I get the to tools to stay in? null

I had the same problem. A piece of thin double sided tape on the bottom inside edge of the vacuum makes it tight enough to hold the attachments in the vacuum.

I've had the same issue myself. I just put the tool in firmly and it seems to help a bit.
