• Manual and search google for additional assistance. Not the easiest for me personally! As I unscrewed the whole unit as it was very dirty. The battery included was wrapped around the entire bottom compartment and you don’t know what is what until you finally research replacement battery pack and see it’s that simple! Just detach the black wrapped parts ever so gently and that’s the part you remove! I advise the manual and Google!

• Hello, Thank you for your question. This information can be found in the manual. The instructions are as follows: CHARGING YOUR HAND VACUUM 1.Plug the charger into the wall outlet. Place the unit in the charging base. The charging indicator light will illuminate to show that the vacuum is being charged. 2.Before first using the hand vacuum, make sure that the On/Off switch is in the “Off” position and charge until the indicator light turns OFF, max. 6 hours. 3.After the initial charge, discharge the battery fully and charge until the indicator light turns OFF, max. 6 hours Kind regards Customer care Team
