“How does the charging work??? Is it a plug in???? We have a chord, but nothing happens when it is plugged in. Love the unit, but need to be able to RECHARGE.”

• I had this problem once and discovered that the cord wasn't plugged all the way into the handheld. Sometimes it wiggles aloose so you just need to make sure it's inserted firmly into the base of the cradle and locked into place. Hope this helps!
