“Just purchased and we seem to like it. The only issue is their/fur gets stuck and wrapped around the two small front wheels. I’ve tried removing the hair, cutting it,etc. and it is still stuck. Is there an easy fix for this? We literally only used it once”

• Not that I've found. They used security screws that require a special bit to remove to take the wheels off. It was a bad design
