“I read you can take the shark to another level & hit the clean button. Took downstairs & cleaned the parameter looking for the dock. After 1 full pass around, said it could not find the dock, shut off & said return to dock. How do you clean multi levels?”

We are happy to assist you with this. Once the robot is fully charged, carry the robot to another level of your home and press the clean button. Once the robot needs to dock to charge, pause the cleaning and carry it back to the dock for charging.
