“Our shark ion did not dock last night & when I woke the battery was completely dead. I placed it on the docking station this morning & it still is not charging. What would u recommend I do next? Thanks!!”

• I have not experienced that problem. its possible the battery is bad n need a replacement. You may want to try another outlet to see if it does anything there. If that doesnt work n still on manufacture warranty its irecommend you call the manufacture directly
