• Hi yaya; It happened to me a few times and it is because it has something stuck in the brush, you also have to verify that the garbage container is empty and remember that there are many small objects that could be obstructing the operation of your Shark Ion Robot, that is why it is It's important that you review it from time to time. If after this it does not work just return it.
