Obvious thoughts are have you made sure the dirt bin is empty and that there is nothing protruding from it, that there is nothing wrapped around the roller bars, that the side brushes are snapped in securely and there is nothing tangling or impeding them. If none of those things are occurring, have you tried carrying it to the other side of the house away from the dock and starting the cleaning manually from there?
