“Brushroll no longer spins. Have cleaned out and taken apart. All sensors clear. Not sure if possible belt issue?”

Hair can be in the belt. if you're using the 750, there is a little yellow cap that you have to figure out how to get off. We nver could and I was worried about breaking it. But I could tell that hair was tangling up behind it where the belt is. Never could clean it. Unless you unscrew the bottom of the unit.
