QuestionMy shark will turn on then second later shuts off

- Answer I had the same problem, I got the book out and realized there are a lot of places to take it apart and clean it, it was shutting off because it was clotted. I took it apart, cleaned it out and it is working great.

QuestionDoes this vacuum stand up on its own without removing the head for storage? Mine doesn't seem to so when I stop vacuuming to pick up something or answer the phone I have to lay it down or stand it up against a wall. Am I missing something here?

- Answer Yes, this is straight bagless but very easy to dump and clean. There are a couple of different models but the head are all the same size.
