• It has sensors to stop it. It doesn’t even hit walls, it stops just short of the wall and turns around.

• It has stair sensors and will avoid them automatically. You can't set limitations in the app, but can choose to clean certain rooms or areas once your home is mapped. It does come with magnetic strips to limit its travel, such as behind furniture or around cords.
