If it doesn’t reconnect right away, try removing the vacuum from the app, then unplug the dock for about 30 seconds, plug it back in, and add the vacuum again as a new device. Also, confirm that your phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi network, as the robot does not support 5 GHz networks.
