If your Shark Matrix RV2610WA is showing as disconnected, it usually just needs to be reconnected to your Wi‑Fi through the SharkClean app. First, make sure the robot is powered on and seated on the dock. Open the SharkClean app, select your vacuum, and follow the prompts to reconnect it to your Wi‑Fi network. If it doesn’t reconnect right away, try removing the vacuum from the app, then unplug the dock for about 30 seconds, plug it back in, and add the vacuum again as a new device. Also, confirm that your phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi network, as the robot does not support 5 GHz networks.
