How long is the manufacture warranty null

5 years EXCEPT Non-durable parts including, without limitation, filters, brushes, and electrical parts which normally require replacement are specifically excluded. You also have to ship the entire unit to them, and pay them a check to send it back. Since the vacuum *IS* electrical parts and the brush, the warranty is pretty useless. Mine failed after 3 years and it would cost more to fix it that buy a new one, even with the warranty. Maybe the BEST BUY warranty would be better.

We would like to inform you that this vacuum includes a 5 year limited warranty when purchased from an authorized retailer of SharkNinja Operating LLC.
