• There's no special hardfloor attachment but there is a switch. It's very accessible on the top and switches from OFF-HARDWOOD-CARPET. It works great on both for me. I don't have kids or pets but I think it would do great in those settings as well. You just probably have to empty it more.

However, we do have a Hard Floor Hero that can be purchased by reaching out to our Customer Care Team at 1-877-581-7375 Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 9:00 pm EST, as well as Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.
