• We would like to let you know that you do not have to hold the power button down on this unit. The only button you would need to hold is the trigger for the boost mode.

• No, it has 2 basic modes that switch on. The only time you have to "hold" is when you want to use the extra suction power mode.

• You do not but if you want the highest suction, you have to pull and hold a lever. I don’t know why you wouldn’t always want the highest suction? So really the answer is yes ;)
