QuestionI have a hand hooked wool rug and the manufacturer recommends NOT to use a beater brush to vacuum it. Can I use this Shark Rocket Pet Pro without the beater bar?

- Answer I probably wouldn't. It's hand hooked and you did a lot of work. If the manufacturer doesn't recommend it, I wouldn't. I do have a shag area rug and it works fine there, but I don't have any experience with hand hooked rugs.

- Answer yes-order from the Shark website--highly recommend you do this--I have never gotten a 40 minute run time even on the lowest setting

- Answer Sure, if you want to get Carpal Tunnel from having to hold a trigger while you vacuum to get adequate power, and then get 15 minutes of vacuuming for every 4 hours of charging because of how short "full power" battery life is.
