• It is recommend to clean the filter every month. To wash, simply remove the filter lid, remove the foam and felt filters underneath, wash both with tap water until the water runs clean, then air dry completely and replace back into your vacuum. You can also tap loose dirt off filters between washes as needed.

• Very easy. It comes out very easily and I rinse it in water. I let it dry before I put it back.

• if you have an air compressor you can blow it out once a week and it stays clean.

• I can clean the filter by dusting it out or rinsing it out.
