• I don't know if this is the latest model but it does come with attachments and won't need to buy any others.

• Yes, a variety of attachments are included - entire additional head with washable dust pad for wood or tile floors, flexible hose, small space and brush head, storage hanger. And yes, this is a late model, perhaps not latest.
