• We can assist you with your inquiry. The biggest difference between these units is the ZU782 and ZU785 are DuoClean units with Zero-M technology, and the NV586 does not have these features. DuoClean is that the unit has 2 brushrolls instead of one, and Zero-M technology is that the brushroll is self-cleaning, while the unit is in use hair is actively removed from the brushroll. The warranty on our units covers the main motor of the unit.
