• Can do all. Not sure of cord length but it’s long enough to get the jobs done.

• It has a long cord, but I won’t recommend it having arthritis, is a heavy vacuum to manipulate, I will recommend you the cordless one same brand, I have a friend she have the cordless one and she love it.
