• there is an easy button to press on bottom. Hands never have to get dirty either.

• The dirt cup has a latch/door on both the bottom and top of the cup. It can be emptied from either side easily.

• Easy removal of canister, take it to your trash can and pop open the bottom of the canister. Really easy.

• I empty the canister after every use.

• You unlatch the canister - this model features that ability - dump the contents into the trash then wipe out the inside of the canister. I recommend wearing gloves!
