- Answer Thank you for your question! The Shark Rotator NV501 does not include the canister caddy in the box. If you’d like, it can be purchased separately as an accessory.

QuestionThe shaft is not attaching to the base. When I lift up the machine, it comes out. When I’m vacuuming, the handle/shaft comes loose. Any thoughts on this issue?

- Answer theres an opening on the right side bottom 90 degrees from where the bottom hose hooks up, unlatch that and you can get to the inner side of the vac. hope that helps!

QuestionWhere is the belt located on this sweeper

- Answer Unfortunately, the belt is located inside along the wheel and you can't access it. Have to call customer service, who will send you a replacement whole base for the cost of $ 70 plus tax. Unless you argue with them and get it down to $ 40 good luck Poor engineering and bad for environment
