Yes, I pull them out and wash, dry, put back in! No issues ever!!

Rinse them thoroughly in lukewarm water until the water runs clear. Squeeze out excess water and let air-dry for at least 24 hours before replacing. Do not use soap or place them in the dishwasher or washing machine. We recommend wiping the area, where the filters go, out with a dry cloth. We hope this information helps. The Customer Support Team
