“I have a plush soft carpet and my Shark Navigator is stuck there. I can not push it. I love Navigator but it is not working on high pile carpet. Do you have any model that work on plush, soft carpet?”

• It will Work on plush carpet but you must reduce the amount of suction by opening up the vent on the handle some. Works for us.

• Just turn the rotating brush off and it will work fine on high pile
