“I can't get the canister to disconnect when I press the Dust Cup release. Doesn't move. Any ideas?”

• Pull back on the two red release buttons on top of canister at the same time and canister will release from base. If this doesn’t work the canister may not be seated straight on base try and push it forward so it snaps in place and then try again to release canister.

• Make sure it is fully connected and then it should be able to disconnect when you press the button.
