“Can you clean the HepA filter or does it have to be replaced, and if so how often?”

• Hello Sunny, We are happy to inform you that you can wash the HEPA filter. We recommend washing it once every 12 months. To wash the HEPA filter, rinse it under warm tap water until the water goes through clean. Do not use any soap. Once it is clean, give it a light shake to get rid of any excess water, and then let it air dry for at least 24 hours. We recommend doing the same thing to the pre-motor (foam & felt) filters once every 3 months. We hope this information helps. The Customer Support Team
