“How do you adjust for different carpet heights on the shark rotater lift away”

• Hello Rolo, We would like to inform you that the Shark® Rotator® Professional Lift-Away® NV501 Bagless Upright Vacuum does not have a height adjustment. With this being said, it has a bare floor setting (brushroll doesn't spin) and a carpet setting. It also has a suction release valve to lower suction to help with maneuverability.
