Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First, see if you can rotate the roller freely with your hand. If it does rotate freely by hand, I suspect that it has a belt that rotates it and the belt needs to be replaced. If it does not rotate freely by hand, check for hair, string, or anything else that is wrapped around the roller (other than a rubber belt) and remove it with a knife or scissors. You should probably also make sure it doesn't need to be emptied.
