STEPS TO CHECK: -Disconnect the floor nozzle and turn it upside down to inspect the brush roll for debris/hair in the roller. -Open the bottom frame and do a visual inspection of the hose. -Reconnect the frame to the floor nozzle. -Reconnect the floor nozzle to the body. -Turn the unit on by pressing the POWER button and tilt the handle down. -Then press the BRUSHROLL button on the handle; brush roll should start spinning.
