There is no need to buy bags. It is an easy product to empty. Just push the two grey buttons on each side of the tank and pull up.

No it isn't self-propelled and you don' need bags.  The storage capacity seems adequate but is a bit dusty when emptied.

It is not self-propelled and takes a bit of a push to get started, but then moves freely. No bags are required. Just empty the cannister when it's full.

You do not have to purchase bags. There is an collection container built in. You just dump it out as needed. I wouldn’t say it’s quote on quote self propelled. But is definitely very nimble and maneuverable.
