“I got my shark vacmop in jan 2021 and it will not charge can you tell me why it didn't last long than this”

• Hi, I would try another outlet first and if that doesn't work I would contact Shark. There's a 1 year manufacturers warranty on it. Or if you bought the Best Buy extended warranty, I'd just take it back to the store. Best buy is great about returning a product with a receipt.
