A:AnswerWe can assist you with your inquiry. It is recommended to replace the pad if it becomes fully saturated, its dirt chamber is full, it's noticeably dirty, or if the VACMOP is showing signs of reduced suction power.
A:AnswerI bought the same one and it did come with the charger plus the cleaning solution and 2 pads. If I were you I would either call the store where you purchased this or call shark company. It definitely should have come with the charger at least.
Good luck,
I'm a happy customer

A:AnswerOur cleanser has been specially formulated to provide a residue-free, streakfree finish. Using other cleaning solutions may result in streaking and residue and is not recommended.
A:AnswerYou DON’T empty any dust bin. You simply remove the pad and throw it out. The pad itself is what acts as a vacuum. Then you just have to replace it with a new pad. Personally I think this is the WORST product I’ve ever bought. Waste of money in so many ways…..especially with all these “disposable “ pads that seem to need CONSTANT replacing!
Wish I’d NEVER gotten it!!!

A:AnswerWe would like to let you know if you’re continuously vacuuming, a full charge will last up to 13 minutes. If it's used for one-off everyday messes or for more mopping than vacuuming, it will last longer on one charge. The lifetime of the battery would depend on how much the unit is used.
A:AnswerWe would like to inform you that the Vacmop is not designed to vacuum carpets. With the VACMOP you don't have canister to empty as the dirt is collected in a chamber on the pad. The Vacmop should not be used without a pad as it could cause the unit to have issues.
A:AnswerMagnetic charger just means it does not have exposed plugs you have to plug in. There is a wall plug like a phone charger, then the other end of the cord is a small appx 1.5" disk that has a magnet built in. You put that against the back charging area of the vacuum and it automatically sticks to the vacuum and charges without having to 'plug' into the vacuum. The advantage is if you forget to 'unplug' before grabbing the vacuum the disk will just pull off, no harm done.
I can't attest to how long a charge will last. I've used it for over half an hour with spraying and vacuuming and it's not giving any indication it needs charged again. The LED on the front will flash different times to show when it's getting low and needs charged.
Hope this helps.
A:AnswerHello...yes, I used this mop/vacuum on my vinyl wood floors and they look great. I've gone over several areas several times, and they still look fantastic. I ordered the Shark cleaner and it cleans well. I highly recommend this vacuum. It has made cleaning my floors very easy.
