  • QuestionHow many times can you use the pad before throwing it away?

    Asked by Rose.

    • Answer We can assist you with your inquiry. It is recommended to replace the pad if it becomes fully saturated, its dirt chamber is full, it's noticeably dirty, or if the VACMOP is showing signs of reduced suction power.

    Asked by Nancy.

    • Answer I bought the same one and it did come with the charger plus the cleaning solution and 2 pads. If I were you I would either call the store where you purchased this or call shark company. It definitely should have come with the charger at least. Good luck, I'm a happy customer

  • QuestionHow do I empty what the vacuum has sucked up? I can’t figure out how to get that out.

    Asked by Mburell.

    • Answer You DON’T empty any dust bin. You simply remove the pad and throw it out. The pad itself is what acts as a vacuum. Then you just have to replace it with a new pad. Personally I think this is the WORST product I’ve ever bought. Waste of money in so many ways…..especially with all these “disposable “ pads that seem to need CONSTANT replacing! Wish I’d NEVER gotten it!!!

  • QuestionHello, What is the average time the battery lasts, both per use, and lifetime? Thank you

    Asked by Local157.

    • Answer We would like to let you know if you’re continuously vacuuming, a full charge will last up to 13 minutes. If it's used for one-off everyday messes or for more mopping than vacuuming, it will last longer on one charge. The lifetime of the battery would depend on how much the unit is used.

  • QuestionDo you think this vacuum will work on carpet (if you wont attach the mop thing on it) or does the two thing have to be connected everytime?

    Asked by Shane.

    • Answer We would like to inform you that the Vacmop is not designed to vacuum carpets. With the VACMOP you don't have canister to empty as the dirt is collected in a chamber on the pad. The Vacmop should not be used without a pad as it could cause the unit to have issues.

  • QuestionWhat is a magnetic charger? How long does it hold a charge?

    Asked by mr.

    • Answer Magnetic charger just means it does not have exposed plugs you have to plug in. There is a wall plug like a phone charger, then the other end of the cord is a small appx 1.5" disk that has a magnet built in. You put that against the back charging area of the vacuum and it automatically sticks to the vacuum and charges without having to 'plug' into the vacuum. The advantage is if you forget to 'unplug' before grabbing the vacuum the disk will just pull off, no harm done. I can't attest to how long a charge will last. I've used it for over half an hour with spraying and vacuuming and it's not giving any indication it needs charged again. The LED on the front will flash different times to show when it's getting low and needs charged. Hope this helps.
