A:AnswerHi, I would try another outlet first and if that doesn't work I would contact Shark. There's a 1 year manufacturers warranty on it. Or if you bought the Best Buy extended warranty, I'd just take it back to the store. Best buy is great about returning a product with a receipt.
A:AnswerHi, if your asking if you can use it on carpets, the answer is no. I use mine everyday on tile, wood, and linoleum floors. The suction is Unbelievable and really gets the dust and dog hair up! We live in the country and have lots of dust and animals and it's a Godsend!
A:AnswerHi, I'm not really sure about that. The particles could have gone into the motor. Is it running ok? If not I would contact Shark customer service and ask them. Sorry I couldn't help you more on this but good luck !
