• Wish I could help you, but, the same thing happens to me with this useless piece of garbage!!! So sorry I ever purchased it!

• This doesn’t happen to me. Perhaps removing the pad and putting it on again. The vacuum itself doesn’t work well when pushed towards your direction. That happens to me as well
