A:AnswerIf the pad does not stay attached properly, check the clips on the sides of the base, and remove any dirt or grime. If continues, please call Shark Customer Care at 1-800-798-7398 Mon – Fri 9am – 9pm ET | Sat. 9am – 6pm ET.
A:AnswerPersonally, I wouldn't use anything other than what is recommended for the product. It's possible that your idea could work, but would it be worth potentially damaging your product? I'm sure there's a YouTube video or online article floating around the internet about this. And if you contact the company, I can almost guarantee that they will just push you to use their product.
A:AnswerWe would like to let you know that the Vacmop can safely be used on all sealed hard floors, stone, hardwood, vinyl, laminate, tile, marble, and linoleum.
A:AnswerWe would like to let you know that when using the Vacmop for mopping you would not use the vacuum feature. You would spray the floor with solution then mop over the are with the Vacmop.
A:AnswerYes. But I’d imagine it feels like a non preferable surface . If you normally use a swiffer type of pad to clean up the mess originally, it’s very similar but with an added vacuum feature.
A:Answertry taking a paper clip or tweezers and cleaning out the small hole the spray shoots out from. I had the same problem. Its from
dirt buildup that clogs the spraying jets which are very small so easily clogged. I bet once you do this your problem will be solved.
You can also take some degreaser type cleaner and spray some into the hole and then wipe out with a paper towel. This may help
combined with the cleaning of the jet nozzle hole should make you smile again. I love my shark vacmops just wish they charged
easier than they do.
A:AnswerIf it’s a full charge , you can use it. If it stopped charging and doesn’t work, i wouldn’t contact the shark vacuum team and they will be able to send you a new charger after you explain what happen. I would suggest setting up an account with your warranty information so it’s easier and smoother to process the transaction. Ask him if you need to send back the old one in order for research and proof.
