Try cleaning the metal charging sensors with a Mr. Clean magic eraser
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I hate to say it, but this might be an issue that you would probably have to contact the company about. It could be the device itself, battery, cord, outlet, or a combination of things. If you haven't had it for long, I would stress that point to the company. A new/fairly new device shouldn't be having issues like this, in my opinion.
