• I hate to say it, but this might be an issue that you would probably have to contact the company about. It could be the device itself, battery, cord, outlet, or a combination of things. If you haven't had it for long, I would stress that point to the company. A new/fairly new device shouldn't be having issues like this, in my opinion.
