If it’s a full charge , you can use it. If it stopped charging and doesn’t work, i wouldn’t contact the shark vacuum team and they will be able to send you a new charger after you explain what happen. I would suggest setting up an account with your warranty information so it’s easier and smoother to process the transaction. Ask him if you need to send back the old one in order for research and proof.
