“What happens if I didn’t use a pad on the mop vac? I bought mine off a “Mac bids” so it did not come with instructions or any other parts.”

We would like to let you know that the Vacmop does not have a dust cup, the dirt and debris is gathered in a dirt chamber in the pad. If the Vacmop is used without a pad it can damage the unit. You can purchased pads and have a owners guide emailed to you for this unit by reaching out to our Customer Care Team at 1-877-581-7375 Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 9:00 pm EST, as well as Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.
