“Do you have to change clean the filter and if you do how often?”

First there are 5 filters that need to be cleaned depending on how you use it to clean, I am a compulsive vaccumer and run mine for little things and love in a dusty area so I clean mine about 1x a week and empty the canister the vac empoes into 2-3x a week depending on what Im cleaning. This is not a vaccum for heavy cleaning, this is for lite housework.

It is recommend to rinse the fabric filter once monthly, or as needed, and rinse the pre-motor filter in the dust cup every 12 months, or as needed.
