• A:Answer Hello Lisa, both models are the same. The letter 'Z' that is placed in front of the units' model number by the retailer.

• A:Answer Hello, the dimension of the SMC1139FS microwave are 20.3" x 12.0" x 14.9" (wxhxd). We have no model that is exactly 24 inches by 14 inches. You may consider the model SMC2242DS which has the dimensions 24.1" x 13.8" x 19.8" (wxhxd).

Q: QuestionI have an old built-in trim kit. How tall is the door? I assume the 12 inch height spec includes the feet. Also, where is the vent located?
